The adidas Adizero Evo SL BAPE in Blue Pink and Gold is the first of the two BAPE x adidas Adizero Evo SL colorways to be unveiled, featuring a white base upper with a mismatched design where one shoe uses sky blue Three Stripes on the lateral and BAPE's Shooting Star star logo in matching blue on the medial side, while the other shoe inverts to hot pink with the branding placement swapped, with gold accents landing on the tongue labels, heel branding, and insoles to provide a premium finish connecting both mismatched shoes. BAPE's ABC Camo print is applied to the collar lining, laces, and select interior details rather than covering the full upper, allowing the mismatched pink and blue color split to be the dominant design expression while still anchoring the shoe unmistakably within the BAPE x adidas collaborative identity, with yellow Continental rubber completing the outsole construction in a color that contrasts with both the blue and pink upper accents. The Blue Pink Gold colorway represents BAPE and adidas' first foray into the performance running category after more than two decades of collaboration on lifestyle silhouettes including the Superstar, Campus, Stan Smith, and Forum, with the Adizero Evo SL's modern max-stack running platform providing a fundamentally different canvas from the flat terrace silhouettes the collab has historically relied upon.
